Smashed Avocado with Feeling Zhug and coconut yoghurt
As a Sydney local i am just obsessed with smashed avocado. So much that me and my best friend Luli give each other weekly updates on the price of avocados. This recipe was smashed up on a girls weekend away up in the Blue Mountains. The ingredient's were limited however of course i took the whole Naturally Sauced range.
3 Large Avocado's
4 Tbsp Feeling Zhug
125 mls unsweetened coconut yoghurt
Sea- Salt Flakes to taste
Drizzle Extra virgin olive oil
Cut Avocados in half, remove the seed. Using a large spoon scope out the flesh. Place into a mixing bowl using either the back of a fork or a potato masher, smash up avocado to a chunky spread add a pinch of sea salt to taste. Place smashed avocado into your favourite bowl.
Place a few scoops of coconut yoghurt on top.
Place a few Scoops of Felling Zhug over half of the yoghurt. This will make it look super stylish.
Drizzle extra virgin olive oil for shine.
Replace the coconut yoghurt with Goats Curd for that decadent touch.
